We've all heard Ingram's excuses in regards to no "Power" games on the schedule past next season. The "SEC is still deciding on its future scheduling" excuse (8 vs. 9 conference games) doesn't hold water.

These non UAT SEC Schools need 2+ games to fill out their schedules:

2026 - Florida | LSU | Mississippi | Tennessee | Texas A&M
2027 - Arkansas | Auburn | Florida | LSU | Tennessee | Vanderbilt
2028 - Arkansas | Auburn | LSU | Tennessee | Texas A&M | Vanderbilt
2029 - Arkansas | Auburn | Florida | Georgia | Kentucky | Mississippi | Mississippi State | Oklahoma | Tennessee | Texas A&M | Vanderbilt

Does anyone really believe that with 28 opportunities, he hasn't been able to secure a single non-conference game agreement?

For a man that claims to be all about transparency, let him be transparent about this.

And tell him look I've done your job for you, do you want me to do your other job and fire Dilfer too?

Sprinkle in some B12 and AAC teams in there while you're at it too so he has to do less work since he fumbles.
Something has smelled really bad for a while.

Why is our peers making attempts to draw in fans with good home matchups, but we aren’t? We’ve schedule a charmin soft home schedule and have gotten ran out of our own stadium for the last 6-7 years by Sunbelt schools.
Others with openings:

2026 - Houston | TCU
2027 - Baylor | Duke | Florida State | Kansas |SMU | TCU |Virginia
2028 - Baylor | Cincinnati | Duke | Florida State | Georgia Tech | Miami| SMU | TCU | Texas Tech | West Virginia
2029 - Baylor | Central Florida | Cincinnati | Florida State | Georgia Tech | Miami | North Carolina | NC State | Oklahoma State | SMU | Virginia

30 more (58 total openings)
I have been hesitant to post publicly (I have eluded to this) but since MI is treating some of us like Aliens I'll say this. He told me and a couple others in the GG room right after we joined the AAC that 1. Aresco was wanting us to strengthen our OOC schedule in Football and Men's Basketball. 2. We asked him about scheduling power conference teams HH and that he could get the bottom half of the SEC for a HH and there were several opportunities with other conferences. He either lied then or is lying now.

That crayon eating MFer needs to go.

We need to start making signs and protesting at Basketball games.

I hope people bring signs to the game today, start chants, and boo Ingram anytime he's on court or on video.

Right now they see no pressure. They need to see public pressure and shame.
Need to make a good ruckus and FREEUAB.

Given that both Mark and Trent aren't going anywhere this is the best we can do at this point.

Falling on deaf ears. Fans are disengaged now. Difference between now and 2014. Clark was proven winner and turned us around immediately. Fans were outraged at the Trustees/watts decision.

Fans are checked out now. Emotionally and financially.

Not going to be held hostage in protective to watch the current product. Basketball isnt luring in people, either. Which makes it worse.

Like I said, feels like it’s 2012 or 2013 for our top two sports.
A smart, imaginative, and hungry AD could do a lot to fix that. Our existing AD is the opposite.
I wonder if based on the college game w/ portal & expanded roster/scholarships now if their plan is to drop down to FCS

If that were the case, then why not cut a few sports? Do we really need soccer, Beach Volleyball, Rifle and Bowling?

Just keep Football, both hoops teams, Softball, baseball, and women’s track.
Ever hear of Title Nine?

Yeah, it’s been ripped to shreds by the current admin in DC. Boys playing in women’s sports all over the place. Fine, drop Baseball too since we’re about equality.
That's likely exactly why Ray Watts hired Ingram. He was at Temple when they shut down six or seven sports and knew how to go about it.

I have a constitutional objection to going along with that. All schools are going to have hard decisions to make with regard to the Olympic/non-revenue sports, though, that's the coming reality.
Don’t get me wrong, I want men and women soccer, Baseball, Softball, track and field(for men and women), golf for both.

But I’ll sacrifice anything and everything else to keep FBS football and D1 basketball.

We’re not competitive in much of anything outside of men’s basketball and the recent success of football, everything else feels like extra unspoken fees from a cable company.
any MI sightings at the MTSU game?

Yes, unfortunately

Title IX is likely to be greatly limited as a result of soon to be introduced congressional legislation granting the NCAA limited anti-trust exemptions.

Entire game
Title Nine is about to go bye bye.
