Most sensible super league
By now you've heard about the idea, 7 divisions of 10 including ND, so show me your super league:

ACC - UNC, Duke, NCSU, UVA, UMd, UConn, SU, BC, Rutgers, ND (kicked out Wake)

Mag10 - FSU, Clem, UM, VT, GT, WVU, Pitt, PSU, UofSC, UCF

BigX - OU, Ok. St., KU, KSU, ISU, Neb, UL, Cinci, BYU, Mizz

SWC - Texas, aTm, TTU, TCU, SMU, Baylor, UH, Ark, Az, ASU

Pac10 - USC, UCLA, Stan, Cal, UO, UW, Or St, WSU, Colo, Utah

SEC and B1G are obvious.

I would prefer you move UofL into the Mag10 and put UCF in the BigX.

My take on it might look like this. Metro forms.... Big 8 trades with SWC so to speak. SWC goes more west. ACC becomes a ND shelter BEAST.

SEC - AU (Auburn), UAB (Bama), UT, UK, UF, UGA, LSU, Miss, MissSt, Vandy

B10 - OSU, UM, MSU, IU, Purdue, Illini, NW, Minny, Wisky, Iowa

P10 - USC, UCLA, Oregon, Oregon St, Washington, Cal, Stanford, Arizona, Arizona State, Utah

SWC - Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Kansas, Kansas State, BYU, Baylor, Houston, Texas Tech, San Diego

Big 8 - Nebraska, Texas AM, Arkansas, Colorado, Missouri, Iowa State, TCU, Cincy, Memphis, Tulane

ACC - ND, Penn State, Miami, Cuse, UNC, UVA, Rutgers, Maryland, BC, Duke

Metro - FSU, Clemson, South Carolina, North Carolina State, Virginia Tech, WVU, GT, UofL, Pitt, UCF

RE: Most sensible super league
Simple:

Big 10, PAC 10, and SEC all back to their 10-member 1990 alignments

Big 8 + Utah + BYU

Original 8 ACC schools + GT + FSU

Eastern 10: BC, Cuse, Penn St, Pitt, Rutgers, WVU, VT, Miami, UCF, ND

SWC: 7 Texas schools + Arkansas + L’ville + Cincinnati

It’s fairly clean geographically and preserves the rivalries of old.

Yes ... I endorse this.

Because it preserves Florida State in the ACC.

And unlike most of the annoying Alanis Morrisette's 90's song, it would truly be ironic.

Does this mean UConn accept the condition Basketball in ACC but football independent like Notre Dame?

Yes. This would be UConn's best chance under the Super League proposal assuming ND still get's an Indy spot.

What might work is a separation from the NCAA for football only. Drop conferences & negotiate media collectively.

Southeast:
Florida, FSU, Clemson, South Carolina, North Carolina, NC State, Virginia, VT, GT, Duke

South:
Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, Miss State, Kentucky, Louisville, UCF, Vanderbilt

East:
Penn State, Norte Dame, Miami, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Maryland, Rutgers, Cincinnati, WV, BC

North:
Ohio State, Michigan, Mich State, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, Purdue, Illinois, Iowa, Northwestern

Central:
Texas, Oklahoma, LSU, A&M, Nebraska, Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa State, Baylor, Oklahoma St

West:
USC, UCLA, Washington, Oregon, Stanford, Cal, Wash State, Oregon St, Utah

Midwest:
Arizona, Arizona St, Colorado, TT, TCU, Kansas, Kansas St, BYU, Houston

68 teams.
