Green and Gold Room Survey
After hearing many complaints from some of our fans, and speaking with a member of the athletic department, I am putting together a list of issues to give to the athletic department associated with the Green and Gold room. If there is a repeat issues, please do not list it a second time.

Please be serious and not over the top. Obviously expanding the GG room is on the Bartow Arena renovation list. These are issues that could easily be corrected. This is also not an overall Bartow Arena list.

You can also comment on the Champions Club but I don't think there are too many issues there. This is an effort to assist in improving the game day experience.

RE: Green and Gold Room Survey
1. It is 2024 not 1984. Get streaming in there and put conference games on the tv..
2. If you put an SEC game on the dadgum screen, at least sell us opportunities to throw frozen cans at it. Is that too over the top? OK I will tone it down. LOL. Seriously, no more @*$/! Greg Sankey productions on the screen instead of an American showdown between two teams we are battling in the standings.
3. The bar offerings really could be upgraded.
4. The food is hit or miss. A buffet is a buffet I guess but for the price it takes to have G&G access, the food isn’t a selling point, that’s for sure.
5. Having coaches come in a speak for 2 minutes, when they can barely be heard, isn’t a good use of anyone’s time. With modern technology, produce some great stories and stream them exclusively in there. Sell a segment to the NIL collective and have them bring in football players and auction merch or experiences at select games.

Haven't been in there in a long time, but even ~10-11 years ago, it appeared pretty badly out dated. Needed a big refresh in general.

Do they have single ticket add ons?
During the NIT run, I added a Green and Gold room promo on to my ticket. While I enjoyed the mixed drinks and free food and popcorn, I definitely don't think it is worth an extra $1000 on top of a season ticket.

I learned long ago that free food and socializing alone is not worth the added costs.

Back when i was a member, the drinks were larger and worth the amount paid. Also, the bartenders were great and hospitable. They then turned the bar over to another vendor and it immediately went downhill fast.

The selection of food vendors were better, back then, as well.

One comment I made to Brian Mackin, way back when, was to add a clock in the room so everyone would know how much time they had left before the second half started in lieu of announcing it.

Add more tables and chairs. There are way more butts in the room than seats for them.

Before the last G&G renovation I urged them to ditch the large round table setup in favor of rectangular tables to better utilize the space. You could sit significantly more people in that space if it were layed out correctly. They chose to go with asthetics over functionality. Anyone know what happened those upholstered couches?

AD probably sold them on ebay to help cover his marketing budget.
