The fouls in both the MTSU/LSU & WV/Iowa games was a bit suspect. I understand the lower seeds were playing extremely physical in these matchups, but there was an obvious disparity in called fouls.

On Monday #3 LSU vs. #1 Iowa/#5 Colorado winner and #1 USC/#5 Baylor winner vs. #3 UConn/#7 Duke winner (sounds like men's basketball tourney!).

Now I go from rooting against UConn to rooting for them:)

E8 rematch between 2023 Natty chip game participants. LSU vs. Iowa...Mulkey vs. Bluder...Clark vs. Reese. ESPN has to be salivating at the ratings and eyeballs that's going to tune in. Wow.

Also my beloved Paige Bueckers vs. Juju Watkins. It's a shame these two games are stuck on Monday night on ESPN. If ESPN had changed the schedule and had these semifinals on Friday these two games would be Sunday afternoon on ABC. Instead tomorrow we're stuck seeing South Carolina and three other schools no one other than the schools involved care about.

Monday night will still bring massive ratings. Just wondering how late they tip these off. The Friday SF will suck though. Iowa/LSU vs USC (with a win), but still must watch even as a casual sports fan.

I definitely understand why they scheduled Iowa to play tomorrow. get it away from MBB. better to be on Monday than Sunday up against the Mens regional finals.

ESPN really can't lose right now. Its really amazing that Mondays ESPN double header work out so well for a potential ratings blockbuster. First a repeat of the two teams in last year's national championship game. LSU's Angel Reese VS. Iowa's Caitlin Clark. Then UConn's Paige Bueckers VS. USC's Juju Watkins.
