Joel Smeenge - 11 year pro career
Kevin Haverdink - 3 year pro career
Jason Babin - First round draft pick, 12 year pro career and 2x all pro. Along with Greg Jennings and Bob Rowe likely the three Bronco's with the second most successful pro careers.

Only one I can think of that had a better pro career was John Offerdahl.

Taylor Moton is making a case to get included on that top pro career list.

Been watching bronco football since 1961 (yah, Im an old guy...Never missed a home game 61 thru 65). I find it hard to believe WMU ever has had or will have a player that worked harder and played any better than Corey Davis. Not recruited very hard by anybody he worked his way to what I believe was the top player in the Mid American conference during the glory years. Having Zach Terrell as his quarterback didn't hurt either. Humble, hard working, and a great person. It is Corey Davis.

Greg Jennings dad ruins it for me with him. His dad was always around, inside the program, and even traveled. Many found it annoying. That’s what I remember about him in school.

I would have to add Jerry Collins, former WMU standout and Pro player . . . also a great man.

I think drunkenly telling Delmas I loved him in the Radisson parking garage makes him an auto bid in my top 5. So in no order:

I probably lost 5 years of my life during that final Ohio drive. I don’t know if they would’ve scored without Spillane’s INT. But the momentum was clearly on their side while we were playing scared (understandable). Totally saved what could’ve been our biggest heartbreaker in program history.

Vern Davis is a under rated Bronco. Drafted by the Eagles, blew out his knee vs the Cowboys. Great guy, taught , coached at Kalamazoo Central for years.

He also caused the fumble at the goal line in the NW game.

Crazy he ain't on a NFL roster.

Keep on making plays like that and somebody in the NFL will take a flyer on him. Could have been a TD if he cuts it back near the goal line.

It really boggles the mind that he is not playing in the league.....he has that rare ability to be a game changer.
