If that’s true, and Russia has lost nearly half a million as Ukraine also states, the war ought to be over very soon. Russia won’t have enough soldiers left if they are losing people almost 15 to 1.

If Ukraines figures are true, then the US military is either lying, or just really bad at assessing losses, because they said Ukraine had over 70,000 killed nearly many, many months ago.

They lost nearly that many in Advivka using meat waves and suicide runs. Look at the pictures. They are there just not on YouTube.
The lack of concern for the lives of their soldiers is amazing. And it’s amazing they sacrifice themselves like they do.

Oh, I know. I wouldn’t be shocked if Russia had lost over a million killed by now. Maybe even 2 million.

Yup. Im assuming the Russian casualty figure probably includes wounded. Its probably closer to 100-200K KIA with the rest wounded. Im thinking comparing apples with apples---the Ukrainian number of KIA and wounded is around 120K vs around 410K (KIA and wounded) for Russia. So, my guess is the real ratio is somewhere between 3 and 4 Russian casualties for every one Ukrainian casualty---which makes sense given that Ukraine has been on defense more than offense this war.

Probably. But the Russians are bad liars. Their numbers aren't the least believable.
