EG and AJ 3 turnovers on back to back to back possessions letting UNT hang around. We can’t put our foot on anyone’s throats. As usual, with this team it’s the small thing and lack of attention to detail.

I was just looking at other scores from around the conference. I bet Memphis fans are about to lose their minds.

Bad, really early shot by Yax, then compounds with a bad foul 90 ft from the basket.

Then a really asinine foul by JD on Edwards. Just unnecessary stuff man. This is the stuff that separates good teams from great teams and good coaches from great coaches, and why good teams lose leads all the time.

Nice win

Despite some admittedly, nitpicky stuff, very nice win. Really good defensive effort for the most part. It’s really nice to finally meet them decisively and beat them at home.

This team is peaking at the right time. Gonna need some luck to catch USF, but second place is ours for the taking if we run the table.

Won the rebounding battle by 6 and shoot 26-32 from the line. 9 blocks. Awesome.

15 turnovers. Yuck.

Yax another amazing game: 8-13 for 26 points, 1-1 from 3, 9-12 FTs, 8 rebounds, 4 blocks.

This team is so close to be really good. Potentially better than last year. We are still sloppy (surprise, surprise), and don’t shoot very good… but when we are making good decisions, controlling the glass, and getting to the line, we are HARD to beat. We also have some stretches of being a really darn good defensive team.

Can this team put together a complete game start to finish? I don’t think we’ve done that all year. If we did, we could beat just about anyone within reason.

Nice win. I think we led pretty much the entire game after about the first 10 minutes, and never really let it get too close. There's no reason we can't win out. Memphis has completely fallen apart and we are absolutely a better team than them right now. Just need to deliver consistent effort every game like we did today.

If this team can just cut the mental errors by 10 percent, so many amazing things could happen

Yep to many of y’all’s points. Road is too easy for USF and Charlotte for us to catch them, I’m afraid. Maybe we could sandbag the rest of the way instead, to get in an easy pod next year. lol.

We’d need FAU to lose at least one, and even the , we’d be tied and I’m not sure how the tiebreakers work out if the teams are tied head to head (we might beat them in that scenario on tie breakers since we beat USF, but I am not sure). We have the easiest path to passing SMU - have to beat them at home and they have a really tough schedule to end the season.

Good win.... would LOVE to get a double bye for the conference tourney. The SMU game to end the year could be for a top four spot.

The good news is FAU hosts Smoo on Thursday, so we’ll be in the top 4 if we can get past Rice.

South Florida has won a BUNCH of close games that could have gone either way. We are their only loss. I think the top half of this conference is very close. It’s literally anyone’s to win.
