RE: Cincinnati @ UCF
Very good half overall...couple of soft offensive rebounds given up and a couple of bad TOs, but all in all a very solid game so far. Jamille has some soft hands, and that's not meant in a good way...needs to figure out how to chin up and hold onto balls that hit his hands.

Coaches decision I guess. Didn’t see anything about an injury or illness

We're playing for 12th.

West Virginia was overwhelmed their first couple of years in big 12 after leaving the big east where they were in upper tier of the conference when football and basketball they won alot.

Other than he’s been really bad for the last month, I have no idea why…

RE: Cincinnati @ UCF
Is it too obvious to say that when we don't play stupid, we're pretty good?

We had the game under control until we started chucking up the stupid threes. Let UCF get back in it.

Then we stopped doing stupid things, got the ball inside and we're back up again.

And I'm not here to trash Vik, but... my gosh, he was just dead weight that was giving us nothing the past few weeks. We're better without him

I thought this the first time we had UCF, but BJ Taylor is a natural on the headset. Was a great guy to watch play and has transitioned really well so far to analyst.

They went zone which gave us wide open 3 looks of which we missed all of them.

And yes.. at times we play like the basketball has suddenly turned square in our hands.

If we could eliminate the dumb mistakes on offense we could be a lot better.

Not sure how many minutes CJ played that half but it seemed like a lot. I don't see how he can only manage to take one 3pt shot when the rest of the team took 14. They need more scoring out of him when he's on the floor.

They're not really running and shooting sets for him and he isn't good and getting his own shots. He's in there as much, if not more, to be a 'threat' and limit the amount of help from perimeter defenders than he is to score for himself.

They can’t get him open but he usually does other things well.

They are definitely staying in his orbit more so then some of the other bearcats. Honestly, i think teams leave Day Day wide open from three intentionally

And of course he pures a trey

Dialo got bailed out on that one. He just flailed his arms. Aziz didn't move.

I think it’s clear what your best lineup is.

Can’t ask for a better start to the half than that.

Need to stay focused

It helps when Day Day is making shots.
