Well it looks like the new CFP yearly payout will be 1.3 billion a year. The split is not known yet, but with the P2 wanting most of the cash, just as they do in current contract. I will be looking at something like this.

They’ll throw an extra bone to ACC and B12 and say each of those four will get 8 million per team. So
B10= 144 mil
SEC= 128
Big12= 128
ACC= 136
Total of 536 million
Each of G5 gets 2 million per school
AAC= 28
SBC= 28
MAC= 24
MWC= 24
CUSA= 20
Total of 124 million
Notre Dame, WSU,OSU get 4 mill each= 12
UConn and UMass 1 mill each= 2

That leaves 626 million for the playoffs teams
Each of the Four teams that lose in first round get 24 mill each= 96 mill
Each of the Four teams that lose in round 2 get 48 mill each= 192 mill
Each of the 2 teams that lose in semis get 72 mill each = 144 mill
Each of the 2 finalists gets 96 million each= 192
Adding up to 624 million for the playoff teams

As you can see, something like this gives more money to everyone than they get nine, but getting teams in playoffs and advancing gets you the biggest pie. Helping the P2
