As an aside, something I read yesterday kind of fits in there, if you took every person in the world and gave them the same room that a standard sized coffin has, stand it upright and stack everyone side by side the 7+ billion people on our planet would only take up 250k acres. Now, that doesn't factor in that just over 30% of the billions of acres of land - 36 billion - on earth is used for agriculture to keep the same 7 billion alive.

I'd just like to be able to throw my dogs in the bed of my truck and go for a ride. I haven't even thought of doing that since about 2000. Even then it was just for short trips to the store a mile down the road. These days with so many cars on the road anyone who puts their faithful companions in a pickup truck bed in a populated area is a fool.

Back in the 70's it was normal to see me out and about with two German Shepherds in the back of my 67 F100. And those dogs absolutely loved riding around back there.
