Used to pretend to be. Now they've decided since there's absolutely no laws or limits to how much outside corporate money you can have directed on your behalf might as well just win that battle. Oh well maybe Citizens United wasn't such a good idea, actions have consequences!!!

Democrats control the corporations now, so they no longer complain about Citizens United.
