Snopes


"Snopes is the kid that thinks they're the smartest student in the room and the apple of the teacher's eye, but in reality, they're the one everyone makes fun of for being a smart aleck,"

My issue with Snopes is that they often 'answer' the wrong question... one that they chose or formed in a way to impact the answer...

As in Democrats pass a bad bill... and most Republicans say it is a bad bill... but some more extreme Republicans say 'this bill will destroy America'... and Snopes gives a 'false' finding to that position... implying somehow that those complaining about the bill being bad are 'wrong'.

I used to have some good, real world examples where they did just this... but I haven't given much thought to Snopes or any other source like that in a long time.
