Wow. That's pretty cool. Not sure how we compete in recruiting with other schools, in track and field, but being able to show a recruit an Olympic Gold Medal can't hurt.

T&F is a little different because the individual can be hugely successful even while competing on a sub-par team, so a coach that can actually make a difference in individual achievement can draw players.
