He kept getting better jobs sure he failed as a head coach but who cares about that clearly he's a good play caller if he continued to rise up like he did

I kinda like this hire. Wish EMU had someone like him. His Maryland and Indiana offenses were fun to watch.

Too many people don't understand that the jobs of coordinator and head coach are two VERY different jobs.

He definitely was on the right trajectory until UMass. But man... hiring someone was was fired mid-season from his last 2 jobs just doesn't give me the warm and fuzzy feeling. He was so bad they wouldn't even let him finish the season out? Twice in a row?! Oof.
