Rice probably won't be competing in the Big East because of the location...once Graham gets the football going, we're a-heading to the big 12.

Well you did as bad percentage wise and against an easier schedule. Of course it must suck to cram 8,432 people into a 70,000 seat stadium on a regular basis.

Syracuse will be much improved this year--even UCF was improved in year two of a new regime. Teams usually improve alot in year two of a rebuilding plan.
