ESPN just wants programming. Teams in Syracuse's circumstances should have the ability to "opt out". They don't have a staff in place or players capable of executing under these circumstances. It's a root cause of greed. I just hope no one gets hurt....

I don't understand why ESPN doesn't go all in with college basketball at this point instead of these bowl games...

Bad bowl games outrate and are more profitable than good non-conference basketball games in December, to the point that ESPN is willing to have a division that puts on bowl games.

The changing dynamics might (likely will) alter those data points given how public perception has changed regarding bowl games. If I'm ESPN I consider another avenue with growth potential.....

This reminds me of a Greg Robinson Syracuse game (RIP), but even his squads showed some semblance of life. This is really ugly.

Just wait, it'll get even better in the offseason if FSU escapes the ACC!

I will say this, though: USF is absolutely showing them the door and taking care of business when it matters most. Which is to say, virtually for the entire game so far.

38-0 announcers trying to make sense of it pretty funny. The next coach at Cuse, who can barely speak English, is going much worse than 6-6.
