I know this will be a mid Monday game so just wanted to see how many are making their way to Charlotte to root for the Monarchs.

This being a school day i am planning to be there myself and i know it sucks some of us won't be able to get around the work schedule on Monday but i will be there carrying the dang laptop around until the game time.

Myrtle Beach Bowl was on a Monday too and we had a good turnout, hopefully we will for Charlotte as well.

Three of us going for sure. Rooms booked.

May be as many as 10-12 once tickets go on sale and we get things coordinated. Because its a Monday we'll see.

Our group is probably going to be around 15 to 20 making the trip. Should be fun. May do the Panthers/Falcons game the day before.

I know I'm going, hoping to meet up with some old band folks

The Charlotte Hornets also have home games on 12/15 & 12/16 against New Orleans & Philadelphia. Heinicke the Sunday before our game is probably the move though

I am there +1. Definitely hitting that Falcons - Panthers game on Sunday.

Planning to be there. I’m hoping some of our tailgate crew will go too, but not looking good.

Just my son & I are coming. Friends can't get out of work. I was able to score the Hampton Inn Concord for $75 but might check into the Hampton Inn University Place (even though it's a little pricier) if that's where some of the school groups are at.

Just my son & I are coming. Friends can't get out of work. I was able to score the Hampton Inn Concord for $75 but might check into the Hampton Inn University Place (even though it's a little pricier) if that's where some of the school groups are at.

If he's paying Elon tuition, he ain't that thrifty!

Elon is a net cost reduction compared to Bard College (think Steely Dan "Back to School) in NY to play soccer his frosh year. Everything is relative.

Just giving you a hard time, my friend! One of my best friends (and ODU alum) is a music professor at Elon. It is an expensive private school, but there are plenty of others that are even more so!

Bard College did have some benefits to their uber-high tuition. One was that washers/dryers were free use for students in the dorms. The other was another free handout located in a small bin at the end of each floor of his dormatory....condoms and lube. You never know when such items might become necessary........New York is soooo freaking weird,
