I think Bama is out, son. Damn shame we don’t get to see Harbaugh/Saban. There is a chance UT goes behind Bama, but not likely.
I think Bama is in. The SEC has never been left out of the CFP. They have the best win on their resume and look like one of the best four teams playing right now.
I think the four teams will be as follows. (Mods, feel free to use this post to make a new CFP predictions thread.) (On second thought, nevermind. I'll see if there's a thread and just copy and paste this post into it.)
1. Michigan (1 and 2 can be flipped if need be, but Michgan was #2 heading into Championship Week so I don't see why we can't reward them with the top spot.)
2. Washington (Again, 1 and 2 can be flipped. Final PAC-12 champ, and what a final year it's been for that league overall. I personally would give the top spot to Michigan due to their current positioning, but the SOS favors the Huskies so I wouldn't be surprised if they are the top seed in the CFP.)
3. Florida State. (Have to go with precedent here. Plus, they have shown how resilient they are with their QB situation. Does the committee agree? I don't know.)
4. Alabama. (They beat the number one team in the country who also happens to be the back-to-back defending CFP champions. I can't leave them out.)
I could easily switch the 'Noles and the Tide as well, but this is what I have.

5. Texas. (Sorry, but 'Bama's win was an earthquake-causing event in the world of college football this week. If Florida State had lost, I'd easily put the Longhorns in at 4.)
6. Georgia. (Kinda hate to put them here, but you're just not getting in. I'm sorry.)
7. Ohio State. (Nope. Sorry.)
8. Oregon. (See Ohio State for reason. Also, you lost twice to Washington. Nope.)
What say y'all?
