You can tell how little confidence Dawes has because he was wide open on the first offensive possession and didn't even look towards the basket. Then missed a bunny on the second.

Rice has tied the game up at 29 and should still probably win by 20. HCU is...bad. Really bad. Not the individual talent (which isn't great). But it doesn't look like they practice offensive sets. Unfathomable that Ron Cottrell still has his job.

Crazy good pass from Fiedler, equally good finish by Dawes. Then Fiedler with a no-look, over-his-head, touch pass to Mason for 3. Rice up 38-34. For all of his flaws (of which there are many), Fiedler is an unbelievable passer of the ball.

Owls up 47-38, but there is some pretty ugly shooting in this game. Owls 4-20 from 3 pt range. Huskies 3-13 from 3 pt range and only 1-6 from the FT line.
