The 2000, 10-1 Rocket team in my opinion was the most dominant UT team I've witnessed. Beat Penn State and Marshall, one hiccup vs WMU, but we didn't win the MAC or go bowling. That defense dominated and chester Taylor ran wild under Tavars Bolden's direction. Bolden doesn't get as much credit as he should in Rocket lore.

The 1995, Vegas Bowl, 11-0-1 team was the most fun to watch with Tait, Huzak, Brunswick and a host of great players.
