1. Kill (by a nose)
2. Chadwell (Close 2nd)
3. Rich Rod (almost 2nd)

All three are great coaches & have had great years.

RE: LU Chadwell vs NMSU Kill HC of Year
It has now got to be HC Kill as COY after the impressive, on the road victory over Auburn. It was not a squeaker, it was a dominate victory over a SEC team. A first for NMSU. That victory help NMSU immensely as a legitimate, quality team. It helped Liberty with it's SOS. It helped the CUSA conference with it's quality of perception. A great, great victory that as a CUSA member we can all enjoy. And as I write this, ODU (4-6) is up 10-7 on GaSo (6-4). A ODU victory would again be a help for LU and CUSA. Congrats to NMSU and Head Coach Kill, the Coach of the Year. As a LU fan, I am enjoying the best season so far in LU history being 11-0. HC Chadwell is deserving consideration but my vote goes to Kill.

Are you placing greater weight on the outcome of the CCG and who wins that? The 2 year upward development by Kill in taking a doormat team, with years of futility to 8 wins in 2023, with a SEC P5 victory gets my vote regardless of the CCG.

I don't think Kill will be leaving Enemas U. very soon by virtue of him getting a Enemas U. tattoo. That tells me that he's very happy that they let him coach again. He's done a heck of a job and the Ugglies deserve what they've achieved. He should win COY hands down.

I hope you’re right. Chadwell can have COY if we get to keep Kill.

If the conference is so bad why would anyone want our coaches?

The same haters that say Liberty, NMSU and JSU have inflated records cuz we haven’t played anyone are the same ones wishing their school would hire one of our coaches.

For me it would be Kill. Outstanding what he has done.
