I am going to this game with a friend. We are not tailgating, as we will be saving that for the App State game when we have a large group. I was wondering if the general parking is still a thing this season? Last year we parked in the Mason Street deck for the Georgia State game and it worked out great. First come, first serve and free. Is this still available for this season?

Yes, all of the parking decks, with the except of the Champions Drive deck by the stadium, are general parking on a first come first served basis.

When not tailgating, that Mason Street deck is a gem.

Really don't know much about this team. Get crushed by some teams, plays others close.

Common opponent is GAST. GAST won 35-14.

You are what your record says you are and 1-8 UConn sux. Their defense is atrocious.

The timing of this game is great because most other teams will be playing tougher conference games and vying for positions in the standings. While JMU will be playing about as weak of an FBS opponent as you can play. UConn has already folded the tent for this year and Mora will be looking for who he can develop and who are his potential keeper players for next year.

Cig will be looking to spank this team and get the style points he has said were missing in some previous wins.

Welcome, while some here forget that an overwhelming number of our games have been decided in the final few minutes of the fourth quarter. Any JMU fan who fully expects a blowout, well, let's just say they have a very short memory. With that said, JMU 88 UConn 3.

I would have agreed with you before yesterday, but our quarterback has suddenly discovered that he can run the ball and that he is very good at it. If he continues that, the game should be over early.

I’m sure it will be a good game, and we can’t just show up and beat anyone. Those days are over now that we are in fbs.

At the same time, we’ve heard that same sentiment pre-game 8 times this year already.

We’ve trailed 20 minutes, total, since week 2 and are 52-3 at home the last seven years.

I like our chances to pull away in the second half and win comfortably.

Game couldn't have come at a better time with some potential injuries to Black and JG. Hopefully they can take a nice rest next game. Hoping we can sit starters in Q4, but I'm not holding my breath even against UCONN.

This is not true anymore.

Since Utah State, only the ODU game has gone down to the final few minutes. A stretch of 5 games.

It likely would do more for UConn to treat it like a big achievement. But it might be hard for their players - who might have selected UConn over FCS JMU.

The game will be more like an upstart FBS team (UConn) that should be transitioning back down to FCS.

Upsets happen, but not this coming Saturday.
