Good things happen with red top and black pants, see OHIO. NIU does not "get it". What was attendance for homecoming?

They had the old school helmet logo with the Huskie head with NIU under it. I like that, I wish they'd stick with the red and blacks.

Because STF is absolutely clueless and has no idea how to relate to the casual NIU fan. It’s pretty obvious people love the huskie logo on the helmet.

Actually the blame also has to include Hammock and the players. I'm certain there is a portion of the team that really likes changing up the look because that's "what everybody is doing." Hammock believes the players need "buy in" and all the changes make them happy. Agree with DiehardHuskie that most people "love the Huskie logo on the helmet" that includes the NIU under the head. That was a major part of our identity when we were consistently successful and it is something that should be a tradition that is maintained.
