If she wasn't such a condescending A-hole I'd feel bad for here trying to explain this administration's actions. Be a hard job to explain away the ineptness and outright stupidity but she is part of it.

This news is BS. One of my closest friends works for the DHS. He called last night laughing about this.

He’s been managing a crew building the wall along the Arizona border since last September. I posted about it here when it happened. He said the media has regularly filmed them working but he’s yet to see a minute of footage on the news.

We figure they’re going to start releasing the footage like it just started now.

Oh, OK. He's being forced to build the wall.

My friend said his boss called him into the office in August last year. Told him he was going back to the border to start wall construction again. He said his boss and the higher ups were concerned about the midterms at the time.

It makes sense this is coming out now because we’re 13 months away from a presidential election. The administration is trying to change the narrative. Mayorkas has testified multiple times in front of Congress that the border is secure.

Personally I think the guy needs to be impeached and charged with treason for knowingly breaking the law

Well, everything this administration does is political or calculated to have a political effect.
