Even Zeno said they are changing lockers. Dilfer in the mindset that first 4 games were preseason games and now the real season starts with AAC games.
With more freshman getting reps and other changes in the UGA game, this could be a much needed refresh.
It's funny, we were 1-2 last week, and many were saying we probably wouldn't win another game. We lose a game by 28 points to go 1-3, and face another road game this week where we are 18 point underdogs, and now people are talking about six or seven wins and a bowl game.
(And yes, I still think we have a chance for a bowl, but I didn't think the sky was falling last week.)

My thoughts exactly
In 1 week we’ve gone from zero winnable games left to being right in the hunt for conference champs

The lack of growth from week 2 to 3 is what caused the panic. You can't help but overreact when you go from week 1 to week 2, then completely crap the bed in week 3 as bad as we did. I am not blaming anyone for their reactions after seeing us week 3

I still don't see us getting to six wins. I said before the year started that 6-7 wins was the ceiling for this team, that we couldn't expect much more than that with a new staff, new offensive line, and all the losses we had to graduation and the portal. That was before I realized how many true freshmen we were going to be forced into playing. The staff appears to be learning from their mistakes, which is good news. Some of the young guys look like they will be studs if we can keep them here, which gives me great hope in the staff's ability to recruit. I'm trying not to get too caught up in the wins and losses this year. I point out the bad and the good as I see it during the games, but try to keep the big picture in mind.
The other prediction I made before the season I think still holds as well: I see very little chance Dilfer is the coach here in year 4. He either succeeds spectacularly and gets hired away, or fails miserably and goes back to TV or whatever the next challenge awaits for him. Despite the 1-3 record, If you put a gun to my head and made me bet on it, I'd still say its more likely that its the former, and he wins big here in year's 2-3, but it is by no means a slam dunk. I think by far the least likely outcome is that he is mediocre and he's here seven years from now averaging 7 wins a season.
UTSA looking vulnerable. Memphis, perhaps, should be more focused after the Navy Scare and a pretty weak schedule so far. They competed with Mizzou. Tulane biggest hurdle left.
Back to a wait and see approach like I was going into the ULaLa game.

Agree 100%. That was probably the worst game I’ve personally watched as a UAB football fan. We regressed a TON from week one to week three, and we didn’t even look particularly good in week one. It was an absolute train wreck dumpster fire **** show. If you didn’t panic at least a little bit after week 3, there’s either something wrong with you or you can see the future.
For comparison, if there is a bears fan that’s out there that is not panicking after watching Justin fields for three weeks, there is something seriously wrong with them.
