MAC Week 4
MAC looking bad again against G5.

CMU in a dogfight in S Alabama, down 3 late with the ball.

EMU getting shut out by something called Jacksonville State. Didn’t expect EMU to have such an anemic offense.

Tulsa over NIU 22-14.

Georgia Southern destroys Ball State in Muncie 40-3.

Ohio thumps BG 38-7, and Miami killed Delaware State.

Even with our rock bottom expectations this season, no reason why we can’t bag a couple wins especially at home. MAC West outside of Toledo looks vulnerable.

CMU scores with a few seconds remaining and beats S Alabama, 34-30.

EMU loses to Jax State 21-0.

Louisiana up on Buffalo 7-0 early.

BSU, NIU, and EMU all suck big time. Maybe even worse than us. We might actually get a few wins this season.

RE: MAC Week 4
There's no reason we can't win at least 2 vs the West.

Depressing we get Miami & Ohio both, but I guess we'd rather get the top teams when we're bad?

Bowling Green could be 4 or 5. No way are we winning 6. I think 3 is too pessimistic.

Akron leads Indiana 10-7 in the third quarter.

Louisiana routing Buffalo 31-7.

EDIT: UB with two quick strikes and it’s a game now. 31-21.

Akron in 4OT -- give them credit.

Buffalo fought back. They'll knock someone off this year.

But me? I got my razors, my hair dryer, and the water running in the bathtub. I'm upset. :(

Akron should have won that game with a FG to end regulation. Their QB is pretty scary.

That's kind of what I got out of the results, too. I never thought that others would be struggling like we are and that there is hope if we keep improving in notching a few Ws.

04-cheers
