Should be an entertaining back and forth game. Not much defense to see here

Out of curiosity does Costal still run the Triple Option? Only ask because it's my favorite offense so intend to try and watch teams that run it to get some ideas, there's chance I'll be coaching in HS next year (fingers crossed).

This game is so exciting we started a 2nd thread on it!

Nope, totally different offense now. Not necessarily in a good way.

Kind of a philosophical question, isn't it? Are the rest of us capable of truly GATAing or is it something inherent to the school in Statesboro?

Wow, y’all will steal GATA then you’ll start saying the Georgia Power Company is headquartered in Atalanta!.!.! Eagle Creek is gross enough; I’d hate to see what flows in Panther Creek.

Is this the official GA St. coming out party or just another year in which GA St. finishes 4th in the east? Huge game for the Panthers.

Ironically, we'll probably see more option stuff with Vasko next season. We've already seen it and they'd be crazy not to. We've shown quite a bit of option elements sparingly and conservatively, especially this past game. They are being overprotective with McCall taking hits with lack of proven QB depth in the new offense.

I'll never root for CCU in football. Love their baseball program, though.

Why? Chadwell isn't even here anymore. The next baseball coach could also be an egomaniac who just happens to be a pretty good coach.

Its not hard to root for all SBC programs in any sport OOC. Even Louisiana!

4th in the East isn't even the worst interpretation of what we've seen so far this year. This is potentially the first game where we'll see how we even compete with an FBS team of moderate to good talent.

This is the first decent defense that Grainger has seen and I highly doubt he just improved hand over fist from a year ago. Coastal wins a close battle, Grainger falls back to earth. McCall throws a ball squarely at Staggs to knock him out of the game and for keeping McCall out of likely NY6 slots because he defense sucked so bad.
