Bowling Green got off to an atrocious start, spotting Liberty 24 points before starting to put things together and very nearly winning the game in the end.

If the Falcons can figure out some things at QB and in pass protection, they may well contend in the East.

These are big ifs, of course. But given that our quarterbacks are new along with some of our offensive linemen, there may be more room for growth before we get into MAC play.
