So you're saying that Biden hasn't actually done ANYTHING for the residents of Lahaina yet? Not one thing? And that he 'held up' even trying so that he could try and get more money for Hunter's boss?

FTR, he also has some ability to fund things through executive order... usually by repurposing some funds from elsewhere... of which there is a LOT floating around... but none for Lahaina apparently.
