I'm not a huge fan of Trump these days but this indictment is pure politically motivated bull. Absolutely no way to prosecute on those charges given its all speculation and he said/she said. It's absolute malpractice.

Special Counsel Jack Smith just issued the first criminal indictment of alleged disinformation in my view. If you take a red pen to all of the material presumptively protected by the First Amendment, you can reduce much of the indictment to haiku...

I told a segment of the posters here that the reason we could not nominate Trump was because the whole damned election would be a repeat of the endless charges of 2020. Partisan judges allow the witch hunt to go on where Trump is concerned. SCOTUS does nothing to put an end to it, and we will never have a moment for the whole election cycle that is about the damned issues arising from the crappiest president in U.S. History.
