Pop Tart Bowl is the new name of the old Russell Athletic Bowl (2012–2016), Camping World Bowl (2017–2019) , Cheez-It Bowl (2020–2022) that is played at Camping World Stadium in Orlando and the ACC plays Big12. Last year it was FSU over Oklahoma.

ReliaQuest Bowl is the new name for the Outback Bowl that is played in Tampa.

I would assume so, though I haven't seen any official announcement about how they will assign teams to playoff venues in 2024 or how they will divide the newly-expanded revenue from the CFP, either. Lots of unknowns still!

I’ve seen somewhere higher ranked teams will select venues in the expanded CFP. I assume the ACC would select Orange or Peach over other bowls.
