Multi-Team Event (MTE) NEWS: East Carolina is finalizing deals to host the ECU Classic, a three-game MTE featuring Kennesaw State, GA Southern, and Northeastern, per sources.

All games are to be played at Williams Arena. November 19-21. Round Robin.

From the D1 Docket Twitter…

Virginia will host Northeastern on December 16th, a non-conference game secured with a $85,000 guarantee, per public records obtained by @TheD1Docket.

We also are playing at Central Connecticut State on Dec 19. No idea why are playing away. I sure hope that's a mistake. Worst non-conference game in 6 years (Wentworth)

Last year they were, by far, the most experienced team. This year Whyte is finally gone, along with all of the guys who started most of the games so they are basicly starting from scratch. My only concern is that they brought in three freshmen who were recruited by some big schools. Still, I think we will be okay.
