MSNBC Pundit Expresses His Desire to See SCOTUS Justice Taken on Life-Ending Trip to
Quote:The Nation’s justice correspondent and MSNBC contributor Elie Mystal proposed that Supreme Court Associate Justice Samuel Alito should be taken on a trip to visit the Titanic, amidst a frantic search for a missing submersible with five endangered passengers that had visited the infamous ship’s wreckage.

Mystal’s tweet alluded to Alito’s role as the author of the Dobbs decision that had overturned Roe v. Wade, a contentious case many believe had codified the ‘right’ to abortion in U.S. law. In his tweet, Mystal implied that a trip to the site of the Titanic’s sinking would be fitting for Alito.

“Next time some rich white person wants to take Sam Alito on an expensive trip, please take him to see the Titanic,” Mystal said.

Elie Mystal’s tweet, however, was met with criticism for its callous partisanship.

“@TwitterSafety,” SourPathLyds remarked.

“Thank you for the tweet,” Cassandra said. “My dictionary was missing a picture for the term “f***ing idiot.” Now I have yours.”

“You sound like every other hateful racist,” Krystal remarked. “I hope the people on the submersible are found alive. Their wealth or race have nothing to do with it. They are humans with families who love them.”

Rescuers are urgently working against time in their efforts to locate the five individuals who were on board the ‘Titan,’ a submersible that mysteriously disappeared on Sunday.

On Tuesday, sonar equipment detected banging sounds emanating from beneath the waters of the North Atlantic Ocean while searching for the missing submersible with its five occupants, as stated in an internal memo from the US government regarding the ongoing search.

Mystal also alluded to a flawed report about Justice Samuel Alito released by radical activist publication ProPublica, which alleged Alito violated federal law by failing to disclose an Alaska fishing trip he took in 2008 with billionaire Paul Singer and others.

However, Alito followed the proper disclosure procedures, it was found, since he had contacted the judiciary’s financial disclosure office, and it told him his transportation on a private jet did not need to be disclosed. ProPublica conveniently left this out of its report.

Speaking of “trash,” this is what Mystal once called the U.S. Constitution that paved the way for the country to become the freest, most powerful, and wealthiest superpower on earth.

“It’s kind of trash,” Mystal said on “The View.” “It was written by slavers and colonists and white people who were willing to make deals with slavers and colonists. They didn’t ask anybody who looked like me what they thought about the Constitution.”

“This document was written without the consent of black and brown people in this country and without the consent of women in this country,” he continued.

“The Founding Fathers didn’t believe that marital rape was a thing! Couldn’t be a thing according to the Founding Fathers, according to Sam Alito,” he said. “So that’s the history that Sam Alito is accessing.”

This isn’t the first time that Mystal has expressed his fantasies of harm to conservatives and Republicans.

After the news broke of a crash at Trump Plaze in 2019, Mystal tweeted that “when you come out of the parking lot of this mall/movie theater, you have to sit at a red light staring right into this lobby. I’ve thought about driving my car through it EVERY TIME. Basic humanity keeps me from doing it, but JUST.”

“This is exactly the view you have from the stop light. It’s a long light. You have a lot of time to… think,” he said.

Apparently, Mystal is not used to putting as much thought into what he should tweet about political figures and Supreme Court justices.

Next time some rich person wants to take Elie Mystal on an expensive trip, please take him to see the Titanic. If that rich person is George Soros, they should go together.
