We'll bring it. I'm not sure how impressive it will be but we will bring it. We don't have the power like last year and we are nowhere near as good as we were last year. Maybe we'll get it together and make a good series out of it. But that remains to be seen. Good luck to the Rebels. Mississippi has the best mascot in all of college sports.
Where are y'alls manners??? A real USC fan finally comes on the boards and no one, but NO ONE, till little old me, Welcomes' Him!!!
Welcome USC66. We are glad to have you on our message boards

Thanks for the welcome.
Congratulations on beating the kitty cats from that other institute here in SC. Beat em' again today and take the series for us Gamecocks. We couldn't do it to them this year, they beat us 3 games to 1. They are a good ball club even if they are Clemson. Maybe we can pull out the broom today against florida.

I first saw a post from you over on the Clemson board. I wrote you a message over there. I do believe I used to talk to you over on another sports board. In fact, I'm sure of it. :D
Congratulations on going to Gainesville and beating up on those gators. They announced the score at the FSU game last night and of course the Nole fans cheered like crazy. Sweep 'em today

Thanks everybody. I don't get on the boards as much as I'd like. I do try to keep up with them though. I have a 4 year old and a wife that seem to take up alot of my time but I don't mind it. As long as I can go see some college baseball at Sarge Frye field every now and then it's okay. Gotta love college baeball. I've known about this board for a while now. In fact it was a post on fansonly/collegesports bbs by a REBEL poster that led me here. I do enjoy the REBEL posters. They are the best and alot of fun.
Conratulations to the Noles for taking the series from the kittens. The Gamecocks couldn't quite pull off the sweep from the gators. At least we took the series. Oh yeah, Ms.Nole what did you think about Tyler Lumsden who pitched for the kitties Fri. night? That guy is pretty damn awesome. I'm a die hard Gamecock fan and even though he plays for that other school, but he deserves some recognition. He's very impressive.

You're right about Tyler Lumsden, Clemson's ace pitcher. The Noles were lucky to get 4 runs from him Friday night. He had most of our batters fooled.
Sorry about your loss today, but at least you took the series from those gators. I'm realy impressed because you beat them on their turf. Hard to do. The gators play us 3 times, but 2 games are at one school and the other game at the other school... i.e., like this year we played 2 in Tallahassee and one in Gainesville. I sometimes think if the gates had their way, they wouldn't play us at all...

I'm just glad we won the series. You're right, beating them at their place is pretty hard to do. Maybe this will provide a spark of confidence in our team. We could use it. We fell out of the top 25 so maybe we can work our way back into it. If we can get Aaron Rawls back pitching and our bats can keep it up we may have a end of the season, playoff, regional whatever kinda run left in us at the end. I think we should at least have a chance for the SEC tournament. We'll see................
The gates may not want to play the Noles and that's somewhat understandable but me personally I would love to see the Noles and Gamecocks square off sometime. Of course this isn't gonna happen anytime soon.(maybe Omaha one day?) I think it would be a good series although the Noles would probably take the Gamecocks this year. But you never know in baseball.

Dude, have you been drinking? We had no power at all last year. We stunk it up because of a lousy QB who, thank goodness has moved on.
No power?

You're right and I'm glad he's moved on too. I was actually speaking of the baseball team when I posted that. Don't know why but I was in baseball mode. Maybe because it's BASEBALL SEASON. Believe me, I know about our woes from last year's football team. Thanks for clarifying that for me. Yeah, I probably was drunk.

Oh, they have fans. They rubbed their 2 game winning streak against us in our faces like crazy. Thankfully, we we were able to shut them up by going into Columbia and beating them.
PUH-LEEZZZ...... Not only did we WIN those games, but we decimated your supposedly "heisman" candidate so bad, that he can't even make it at DALLAS!!! We ruined his career in ONE GAME!! 5 PICKS...
Then we beat you between your hallowed hedges...something that just wasn't supposed to happen...decidedly.
Last year, you won with a fluke interception in the endzone, and STILL had to stop us from getting in the endzone to win the game....AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN DO THAT....we stopped ourselves...
Don't expect that kind of charity again this year...we will bring it...AGAIN.
Byt he way,...don't you people have HOMES?....You guys are as bad as the 'taters, hanging out on another team's page.... :D :D :D :D
