It has been acknowledged several times in this forum how much developing his players' character is as much a part of CC's priorities as is what happens on the field. This program, in its eighth year, is one example of that. Anyone who is a fan of Eagles Football should take pride in this as well as all the other community outreach the program does.

Yes - in the big picture, Coach Creighton is an awesome role model and I would have my son play for him!!!

I love how Coach Creighton has always stated that one of his goals is to make playing football at EMU one of each player’s best life experiences. He adds it would be a shame if it were the most important experience because football should not define any one person. Character is what defines us and CC has established a great culture filled with high character players!!

Character and academics equals a program that is winning on and off the field.

It gives me such great pride that my alma mater is bettering people’s lives like this. Winning is fun too. Coach Creighton is an absolute godsend to the university!
