My thanks to all the posters in this thread who have offered their congratulations to the Louisiana softball team. As many of you have already said, it is quite nice to see the amount of conference unity and pride that has been expressed here. When even ULM, South Alabama and Troy fans wish us well, I know something special is developing in SBC softball.

I totally agree and was going to say something very similar. But you said said it better than I could have.

And the first game on Sunday broke viewership records. Great exposure for not only UL, but also the SBC. And perhaps more importantly, ‘That's a hell of a lot of people tuning in to watch LSU lose.’
