that's.... certainly a move. Happy for keith but wtf are the Flyers doing anymore

I wish him all the luck in Philly.

I'm happy for Jonesy, but this is honestly an odd move. Keith has a great hockey mind, but I would've thought they would have gone with someone with more extensive front office experience of some sort.

This quote from The Athletic article makes it make more sense to me that they hired a media personality rather than a seasoned front office exec.

Good for Keith and whatever he wants to do. But as a bronco hockey fan, I selfishly want him on TV where he promotes WMU

I rarely ever heard Jones reference his connection to WMU.

He's really good about referencing WMU, and his colleagues get in on it too, when it's genuinely relevant without doing it so much that it comes across as forced.

That’s impossible if you listened to Keith Jones with any regularity. He did it all the time.

Guess I'm wrong about Jones, and I'm glad that he reps our school well. I like him.

Pretty much any time a WMU alum was in a national game it was a point. If it was a debut, Keith would gush like crazy.

Jones was always pumping WMU . He would say WMU is the Harvard of the Mid West cause he went there . Then they would laugh and give him the gears about it .
