Im one of the few it appears but I hope Missouri St ends up in the SBC not CUSA. Other options to me could be more attractive in the future. Lets stay where we are and let the SBC have the FCS callups for now.

CUSA also needs to wait on the potential shake up out west to plan the future footprint. If UTEP and NMSU are offered and decide to take a western approach then CUSA needs to decide the sandbox we need to play in.

I havent forgotten just want to let the big dogs BIG, SEC and PAC make their moves before CUSA does. If SBC wants to bring some up more power to them. You can go back and read my posts Im pro letting everyone move to the level they desire, now that doesnt mean conference has to take them but the UCA moving up as group is good with me.

Please, EKU fans... don't get hypersensitive like a certain fan from a certain other school which I won't mention because it may make him appear. He's like Beetlejuice that way...

No one from JSU is forgetting where we came from.

But we DO understand that a 10-member FBS conference with 3 FCS members in the process of transitioning (one third of all member schools) needs to take a break on expansion for a year or two. That's just common sense.

Mo State is not a great fit for CUSA. (Several posts in this thread detail why.) If the Belt wants them, then great. They fit there better, and would have a geographical rival there, which would be utterly lacking here.

No one even mentioned EKU, which *is* a solid fit, and *does* have geographical rivals. (Doesn't mean your invitation's in the mail. But it's probably safe to say it hasn't been thrown in the shredder, either.)
