Saw this on another board, MsNole. Great idea, but I've already arranged to be cremated and have my ashes spread over Hollingsworth Field at VH Stadium. Hopefully, though, that will be umm, quite some time.

I want to be added to some paint and painted onto the goal post but it will be my luck I'd be painted on the bathroom stalls; forced to take crap off of a bunch of folks. :eek: :crying: :frown:

Either that or you would make it onto a goalpost, and then we beat a national powerhouse and the students carry you off the field, cut you up into little pieces and then all the frats sell your pieces for beer money.

But hey, at least you could say you left VH Stadium for a very good cause.

This is true! And while on the goal post (in front of the student section) I could still check out all the babes!!

I'll keep one eye on the babes and the other looking for pepper spray. Like that old joke......I'll take a chance on one eye! :D

Sheesh! Cobra Security and their pepper spray. Did I ever mention to y'all about the Cobra Security guard to tried to look in my cooler when I was out in left field at a baseball game last year? "Tried" is the operative word.

Okay....WizardRebel's momentary tangent.

What happened was this. Cobra was checking coolers during for people sitting in the outfield sections during the Vandy series last year. Apparently, during the Saturday game, the day of the spring football game, they were actually moving stuff around in people's coolers and rooting through looking for beer. Well, some alum must have taken exception to that and they Cobra was ordered NOT to do that again. (I didn't make it to the Saturday baseball game due to work. I fortunately made the football game though.)

The Sunday morning game rolls around, and we're kind of testing the waters with one of the Cobra guards already there. He said that they could no longer root through coolers, and that they could only tell you to open it up so that they could see inside. All we had to do was bury the beer under food.

Long story short, this one stupid looking rogue security guard, came up to the top of the left field lounge and tells me "I need to look in your cooler sir." Well, at this point, it's well into the game, and my beer is no doubt uncovered in the cooler. I told him "nope."

He was like "well sir, I need to see inside..."

I informed him that my cooler had already been checked at the gate and that Cobra was NOT getting a second look. The kid looked so dejected, but it was funny because he was standing guard later on the hill along the third base line, and all of the other Cobra guards were making fun of him and calling in fake things for him to check out on the radio.

Anyway, the pepper spray thing somehow made me think of that.
