As a teenager and could not buy beer but had a special store that did sell to us we would drink Coors in quart bottles. Heck, all it took was one of those and I was flying with the angels. I drank that for awhile when I graduated but in Thailand I started drinking Guiness and I loved it. But, funny when I got back to the states I bought one and it tasted terrible, Falstaff beer terrible. I started drinking Bud and sometimes Budlite but Buttlite was like drinking watered down beer. I liked Tecate but it's a beer that if you don't drink it with lime and salt it has a metalic taste maybe because of the can. When I was married to my first wife my BILs would drink cajuamas (quart sized Coronas) but I I've started drinking Modelo, Corona, and Dos Equis. After experimenting I'm down to Dos Equis and that's all I drink. It goes down smooth has a good beer taste and doesn't taste metalic.

I wish they had Thai beer in the stores they're good too. I think SingTao is Chinese but since I would drink that outside the base I grew to like it.

I just had a Dos Equis with my lunch and it is gooood. The king of beers in my estimation.
