60-57 @ 0:09. I'd foul once to avoid the risk of a 3.

How many times are we going to turnover the ball by not getting the ball in play?

Just incredible stuff. Up 3 with seconds left and the ball on the sideline, Jackson commits a 5 second violation. How does that happen? We get away with it, though. Really solid defense on the ensuing possession. Rice ball with a second left.

Rice pulls it out after virtually giving the game away in the closing minutes. Fisher with 22 points, 11 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals (both critical in the final minute).

Weird season for both the men and the women. Both teams can lose to any team in the conference and probably beat any team in the conference. Both teams could be up by 15+ and I'd have no confidence that the opponent wouldn't come back. Maybe only difference is that I have more faith in the men digging out of a hole than I do the women. But other than that, they're pretty comparable.

Also, I do not understand how Ennis only got 10 minutes in this one. We were dying for a spark the entire last two quarters and she looked sharp in her brief stints.

I really don’t understand it. Spread out, run away from the ball not toward it - that shouldn’t even need to be taught.

lol The women never get up by much over 10 points before letting the opponent back in the game...over and over and over again....in almost every game this season. They lack the mentality of putting teams away. Rather, they seem to let up and lose focus whenever they get a lead of 8 points or more.

I've always been a big Crosthwait fan, BUT I just don't understand the minutes that Edmonds is giving her on nights like tonight when she never looks for her shot and is not contributing in almost any aspect of the game.

RE: WBB vs. La Tech
This was supposed to be the largest pep band yet.
Anyone get a picture or a head count?
We had campus band rehearsal at the same time (Tue/Thu 7pm).

I've seen a brief video now that shows four tubas.
The glimpse of the band is about 1 second long, and getting a head count is tough, aside from the easily-counted tubas.
