Somewhat similar (but distinct) to a thread from a few weeks ago, the expanded playoff and upcoming realignment obviously changes the calculus quite a bit.

With the expanded playoff I would not bet against any of them. But of those, Cincy is the least likely.

Clemson...

Sounds like Dabo is struggling with NIL. Think Miami will finally rise to the top of that league.

Michigan State has a steep hill to climb against the deep-pocketed tOSU, Michigan, Penn State and now USC.

W/ the expanded playoff, I think they all have a good chance.

I decided on Washington b/c w/ the PAC getting gutted, they may be a 1-bid league & I never think of them as a national power.

Everyone saying Cincy, why? You really think they can't at least compete in a watered down Big 12?

It's Michigan State. They're stuck with Tucker, play OSU, PSU, and UM annually. Add in USC and good coaching hires by Wisconsin and Nebraska, and they look like a very mid pack team in a 16 team conference going forward.
