DISH is not doing so well. They need to find money where they can and seem to be pretty aggressive about trying to litigate away liabilities as they struggle to find profits.

Providing the content was stopped by a third party, a party beyond the power of the PAC.

Covid and the government response was unforeseeable, external to the parties of the contract, and unavoidable. That's exactly why you put a force majeure clause in a contract.
