Haha I'm excited about it but would've rather seen those two in 2022 when we didn't have to worry about the tough crossovers keeping us out of the CCG anyway. Of course I also would've loved a chance to see a JMU vs Troy or JMU vs USA matchup, especially Troy and especially since we didn't get to see it for the CCG.

Still excited about it coming a year later though. Definitely expect it to be tough, but I'm all for good competitive games and I like how much potential we have to build a strong resume. We're gonna kick the **** out of our P5 opponent so I like our chances of cracking the top 25 again and being very much in the NY6 conversation if we take care of business.

Did the year 2 waiver get approved? Isn’t there still a chance that JMU could still be ineligible?

JMU got to have the toughest conference schedule… if they win the East with this schedule they by far deserve it.

No "lol" about it. The gamecocks are for real, and will be in year two under rich rod. They routinely beat and scare the pants off of P5 opponents. Judging by the graphic it will be JSU's first game as an FBS program. This isn't going to be a fun game for the chants.

Expecting a tough game. I haven't watched them, but at 9-2, I assume they have a solid team. Our last season in FCS (2016) they beat us 27-26 in Jacksonville. They had a really good team that season as well and finished 10-2.

Except knowing them they will be claiming they will beat Troy by 4 TDs. And Cusa is G5 kings

Just wait for it. Y’all will see.

If true, the mouse will put us on a weekday game for what will be our best home game for a good crowd. Sucks!

East Division Conference Opponents. I'd say App has the advantage and Marshall has the toughest conference schedule.

App State:
HOME: Georgia Southern, Southern Miss, Marshall, Coastal
AWAY: ULM, JMU, Georgia State, Old Dominion

Coastal Carolina:
HOME: Georgia State, Marshall, James Madison, Texas State
AWAY: Ark State, Georgia Southern, App State, ODU

Georgia Southern:

Georgia State:
HOME: App State, James Madison, Marshall, Troy
AWAY: Coastal, Georgia Southern, Old Dominion, Louisiana

James Madison:
HOME: App State, Georgia Southern, ODU, South Alabama
AWAY: Marshall, Georgia State, Coastal Carolina, Troy

Marshall:
HOME: JMU, Old Dominion, Georgia Southern, Arkansas State

Old Dominion:

With App hosting Ga Southern, Southern Miss, Marshall , Coastal, and East Carolina, I could see us averaging 35,000 a game in Boone. WooHooo 04-cheers
