Listening to Dave Van Horn on the radio, TV, and papers yesterday and this morning.

Seems as though the SEC won't know what is going to hit them.

The 11 other coaches in the SEC all voted Arkansas to finish 6th in the West, despite being one game short of Omaha last year, and 7 of 9 starters returning to action next year.

Van Horn made his goals simple and to the point for HOG fans.

35 wins... that's the MINIMUM. Another NCAA baseball tourney invite.

FYI, Arkansas won 31 games last year in the reg. season, counting the SEC tournament.

The bar is set higher and higher each year according to Van Horn, until the Razorbacks start winning the CWS. Then consistency becomes the goal.

I like what I hear, that's for sure.

I sure loved Norm, he was a lot of fun and was a pretty good baseball coach, but I am very excited about this year with Van Horn.

Those standards he are setting definitely worked in Nebraska, and I dont see why they cant work in Fayetteville. Dave is a helluva coach and he did a great job in turning around the program up in Lincoln, and he doesnt really have to do any major turning for us. Just changing the direction a little bit will make the Razorbacks one of the premier baseball programs in the nation.

Lord knows we already have the facility, what a great place to watch a baseball game.
