Have they said anything about Malco
On how long they expect him to be out? Thank god our schedule gets a little easier over the next few games so that will give this team some rest

RE: Have they said anything about Malco
Penny said in the presser that Malcolm's ankle is so swollen that they have yet to do an MRI and determine the extent of the injury. He did say maybe 1-2 weeks earlier, but without the MRI, it's just a guess. Others have said maybe 2-3 weeks.

Malco is big, heavy, and injury prone. He has never seemed to be able to stay healthy his entire career at Memphis. Will be nice to have him back, but I don't expect him to be in top form the rest of the season.

He never seems to be in shape. He’s been rehabbing the same knee injury since high school

Sad reality is that oftentimes how healthy one can remain trumps talent as far as long-term success in sport goes.

My point is I don’t think he works hard enough at rehab. Seems like a great kid that just might be a touch lazy. Nothing wrong with that unless you want to go far in a profession

I understand what you're saying now, and you could very well be correct. Hard to say.

He is a major force for us inside and has been getting better. I wish him well and hope he sticks around for next season.

You have a perverse sense of your ability to analyze athletes.

Or else I just observe and go by what I see. I know one thing I don’t start silly threads every day like you do
