Although it was against the Lamar Cardinals, they only lost by 10 and 11 to Texas State and TCU respectively.

The Eagles play Lamar on the road in just a few days (kinda weird), curious how thst one turns out...

I thought it was going to be Louisville. How did those Cardinals get so bad? Used to be one of the best teams in the country and they’re 0-fer on the year.

Thank goodness we didn't play the Louisville Cardinals. That would have really hurt our NET.

Men’s basketball is relevant again at USM for the first time in nearly a decade. Can’t wait for SBC play. Finally basketball isn’t just a way to pass the time before first pitch at the Pete (just 69 days away). But we have a nice hoops team to watch in the interim. Kudos to Jay Ladner for the turnaround.
