Dudley Award
Centeio one of 3 finalists.

Other two are some W&M LB and the Richmond QB (formerly of MD, formerly of VMI)

I mean, Centeio should be a lock. Unanimous.

He should be…joining a growing list of former JMU athletes who have won the award.

Go Dukes!

Their years weren’t even on the same planet. Pure local hand out to UR.

I was totally shocked when they announced Udinkski. What a totally homer pick. Obviously, none of those that voted for UR dude did the eye test.

RE: Dudley Award
His stats were great, he threw for a higher percentage, way more yards, and more TDs. But Toddy ran for way more yards and a few more TDs making total TDs almost even. You'd think the difference in competition level and the fact Toddy was being mentioned all year as one of the top QBs in the whole damn country would've been more than enough.

Did he though?

Passing yards per game:

Reece 278
Toddy 270

Reece played 3 more games. don't let the total fool you.

Rushing yards per game:

Toddy 39
Reese -.02

Passer Rating:

Toddy 169
Reese 149

TD/Int Ratio:

Reece 29/5
Toddy 25/5 (in 3 less games)

Competition:

Toddy FBS/Sun Belt
Reece CAA/ FCS

it's not even close. complete theft of the award

Even though it shouldn’t, I feel like JMU QB’s winning so much in past years played a role for Toddy.

RE: Dudley Award
Somehow I think Todd winning two SBC awards means more than an award for best player in Virginia.

They have to throw the FCS schools a bone sometimes. We’ve been on the receiving end of that.
