Over Jason Campbell who has won conference championships, never had a losing season, and familiar with recruiting Ohio?

I would take both coaches before Candle. Winning at Kent is not easy. Toledo is a much better job, than Kent or Buffalo w8th an outstanding history. History good enough be considered a rival to us. LOL..LOL

Insane that those are the finalists for that job. They’ve totally botched their search. How the Buffalo guy even gets mentioned is beyond me. At least Lewis has a fun offense and Kent was a mess when he got there.

If NIU fired Hammock tomorrow and those were our two finalist I would be disappointed.

Sean Lewis is a pretty brilliant offensive mind. Linguist must talk a good game…

Get it?

Lol, mom got the off brand cereal. You get your pick of Fruity Dino Bites or Fruit Spins. I mean, they do the trick, but they come in plastic bags. At least they are resealable.

Cinn has their new coach, the Louisville HC...... I would have taken Lewis over him.

That seems like somewhat of a lateral move. To go from the ACC to the "Big 12."

Satterfield was pretty meh at Louisville as well. I don't see him doing a great job in Cincy. Especially after following in Fickle's footsteps.

We either lose our coach for greener pastures, which is a good sign. Or we keep our coach for years of mediocrity. Happiness is only temporary in the Group of 5.

I'd settle for mediocrity at this point. This year was a fiasco.

That’s a great hire by Deion and a great move by Lewis. Should be quite a show in Boulder.

But I thought you need to have connections to hire new coaches?

Unless they’re buddies, my guess is they’ve never met prior.

Same scenario TH can do. Reach out to certain coaches for the defensive side and worst they say is no thanks.
