I just listed the likely 4 of Georgia, Michigan, TCU and tOSU, or bama in TCU's spot, or other. It's just hard to imagine anything happening to bump bama over tOSU since neither of them played, and a team that bama played lost while a team that tOSU played won convincingly, while it's at least possible to consider that the committee would move bama over TCU.

As soon as USC lost Friday night, the playoff field was set.

I think the playoffs SHOULD be Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State and Alabama. But I think it will be Georgia, Michigan, TCU and Ohio State. TCU is more deserving than Alabama, but I think if they played 10 games Alabama wins 8 of them, thus I think Alabama is a better team. So it comes down to how the committee weighs things, most deserving versus 'best'. IMO 'bama is better. but TCU has a better resume, and that will likely win out.
